Says: Over the weekend we made the volcano cake for Cooper’s birthday party. I pulled up Pinterest on the computer and we looked at all the different cakes. Cooper said “oh wow Mom! Look at all these great ideas for my cake. I want to make them all!”
He kept putting these pretend cherries in his mouth and I told him that they weren’t real cherries, just pretend ones. He said “I know. I’m just pretending they are real.”
I asked him how he liked being 4, he said “oh it’s so much better than being 3!”
Over the weekend we were going to do some work around the house. Cooper said “We have lots and lots of chores to do! Paint, hang pictures, clean the table. Can I clean the table because that is the job that I am really good at!”
Does: In big news this week, Cooper started his skiing lessons! My parents signed him up for ski lessons and take him during the week. It works out perfectly!
He went twice this week and had a great time both days! He came home super excited about skiing and when we asked to tell us about his day (both days), he said “I won the skiing contest!”
Riding up the magic carpet:
And going down the hill:
His first day of skiing, he was in a purple vest.
The next time, he got moved up to blue vest.
