Health: Luckily Cooper got over his stomach flu, but unlikely my mom and I both caught it. I couldn’t move for about 2 days and then was so weak. I always feel so bad when I’m sick right after Cooper because then I know exactly how sick he was feeling.
Does: Cooper always wants to be so helpful. He wants to help do whatever you are doing whether it’s working in the yard or cooking dinner. He just wants to help. “I’m a help.”
Says: Cooper’s favorite phrase of the month is “be careful!” Whatever you are doing, he will tell you to be careful. Such a safety conscious boy!
When I was deathly sick in bed and couldn’t move, Kirk did a great job taking care of Cooper. Cooper came and sat next to me in bed one morning and said “Daddy, mommy sick. Give her a hug.”
Cooper loves hugging his books and stuffed animals. We will be reading a book at night and he always says “I’m give him a hug.”
He’s still obsessed with police and giving tickets. Whether he is doing something like yelling or he tells me to drive faster, he is always talking about giving him a ticket. I was telling him that he had to get in his car seat so we could drive otherwise the police would give him a ticket and give me a ticket and we would have 2 tickets to pay. Then he said “thank you police for bringing mommy a ticket and thank you for bringing me a ticket!”
