Says: I’ll ask Cooper if he wants to have a little juice, snack, whatever. He will always answer “Or big.” Then he was eating something the other day and I asked him if I could try it and have a bite. He said “Just little bite mommy. Not too big.” So big for him, but not for me!
I gave him something to drink in an open cup (no lid) and he carried it over to his table so carefully so he could drink it. But on the way he spilled a little. After he cleaned it up (he’s great about cleaning up spills but not as great about cleaning up toys) he went over and picked out a cup with a lid and said “Cooper get different cup. Cooper no spill with this cup.”
Driving in the car the other day: “Look mommy. These are my happy faces!”
We were reading a book before bed the other day (his latest favorites are the Richard Scarry books I used to love when I was little). There was a picture of a tow truck pulling a car that a pig was driving. Cooper said “Tow truck – you leave piggy alone!”
Does: He shocked me the other day when we were driving home from day care. He counted to 6. We have been working on his numbers and counting, so I think it’s finally starting to stick 🙂
He does love reading his books though, and wanted to read one in bed the other day. “Mommy leave light on. Cooper want to read this book.”
He is so fearless and it always climbing on everything. He loves the park. He can climb up anything, it’s just getting down that is the problem.
