Stats: Close to 22 lbs. His 12 month pants are starting to be too short of him – but his 18 months ones are a little too big. Tops are mostly 18 months.
Health: There was one day last week that Cooper threw up – but I think something he ate might not have agreed with him because he didn’t have a fever and felt fine afterwards!
Sleeps: He’s doing pretty well at night and with his naps. At night he sleeps from 7:30pm-7:00am – with one wake up around 4-5am. During the day he takes one nap around lunch that’s usually about 1 1/2 to 2 hours.
Eats: More and more table food and less purees. His favorite food is still probably bananas or applesauce. He has also been really liking avocados.
Says: Whenever Cooper sees his stuffed bear, he growls like a bear. It’s so cute! He says something like “da” and points to something that he wants. I think he’s saying “that.”
Does: Cooper loves putting paper in the paper shredder. And he loves being outside and going for rides in his little red car. When we come home at the end of the day, he runs over to his car and always wants to go for a ride. Now that it’s nicer out again, we can go outside for a little bit in the evenings again!
Social and Activity: Cooper and his neighbor friend (who is just a month older than Cooper) had a play date on Saturday night. They only played together for a little bit, and then would just watch each other while they played. That’s how he is with the bigger kids at day care too. He wants to be next to them, but he hasn’t quite figured out how to play with them.
This weekend was so beautiful. On Sunday we went over to my parent’s house. Cooper loved looking at Kirk grilling the steaks! Hey dziadek – what do you have in your cup? Can I have some?
Weekly Random Moments: Kirk took Cooper to the auto parts store this week. He let Cooper get on a mini motorcycle. Apparently Cooper didn’t want to get off. Uh oh, I might be in trouble.
