Weight: 19 lbs 8 oz.
Clothes: Mostly 12 month clothes and size 4 diapers.
Health: Except a little runny nose, Cooper was a healthy guy this week!
Sleep: Still all over the map. He has a horrible night of sleep (waking up 4 or 5 times) followed by a wonderful night (of only waking up once).
He usually naps twice a day – a longer nap in the morning and a shorter nap in the afternoon.
Social and Activity: Cooper went to another Polish party on Sunday and did wonderfully! I think he was a bit overwhelmed by all the people at first and confused as to why so many people were at his babcia and dziadek’s house – but he quickly warmed up to the situation and had fun.
Likes and Dislikes: He likes riding around in his car. We go on a walk around the neighborhood pretty much every day. We usually see the same guy walking his two dogs, which are the same type of dog that is at his day care. So Cooper always gets so excited to see the dogs and just wants to pet them. The dogs are both very friendly so we always stop and say hello and Cooper gets to pet the dogs and the dogs get to lick Cooper. He loves it! I caught this super sweet moment this week – Cooper wanted to hold daddy’s hand the whole walk. It was so cute.
Diet: After last week’s potential food scare with the throwing up, we didn’t try any new foods this week.
Baby Gear Love: Puzzles! Cooper loves wooden puzzles. He obviously doesn’t know how to put the pieces back in the puzzle – but he loves taking them out, looking at the bright colors, chewing on them (of course!), and then banging them together like cymbals.
Milestones: He’s getting so mobile! He’s getting so good at crawling – even on the slippery hardwood floors. His day care lady was so impressed by his progress over the week.
