We just got back from visiting Kirk’s parents in Prince Edward Island, Canada. The week always goes by too quickly – we never see everything and everyone that we want to. This time we were lucky enough to get out on the water. Kirk’s dad arranged for us to take a trip around St. Peter’s Bay and see what goes into harvesting oysters and mussels. It was a beautiful day – one of the nicest we had on our trip! Coming back was quite an adventure. We got stuck in Toronto and had to spend the night. Luckily Air Canada put us up in a hotel and gave us some food vouchers so at least we were able to sleep in a real bed.
